OWA login stuck at language and timezone

An issue that occurs every so often is Outlook Web Access not letting you login, you get stuck at the language and timezone selection screen. I’ve tried deleting all cookies and that didn’t solve it.

Instead of logging in at https://outlook.office.com/owa

Login at https://login.microsoftonline.com and you’ll be able to logout and login again.

 

If you continue to have issues, sign out of all Microsoft online services

You may be signed in to another Microsoft online service. If this is the case, sign out of all Microsoft online services.

  1. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf, and then sign out
  2. Go to https://login.live.com/logout.srf, and then sign out
